How can I check to see if I ordered a yearbook?

Go to www.yearbookordercenter.com (access code is 4897). Once on the landing page, click on the link for "Find Your Order" under the "Already Placed an Order?" menu.

I ordered a senior pride ad. How do I submit my photos and message?

There are two ways to submit your photos for a senior pride ad.

Submit your photos digitally through www.hjeshare.com (Code is Midlo).
Mail physical copies of your photos to the school to the yearbook's attention.

Mail your message in on your order form to the school to the yearbook's attention.

I ordered school pictures, but never received them. What do I do?

School pictures are distributed through a student's English class. Please check and see if your English teacher has your pictures.

If your teacher does not have your pictures, please contact Candid Color customer service. You can reach Candid Color via email: customerservice@candidcolor.net or via phone at (703) 590-0187, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

What do I do if I never received a Student ID card?

Student ID cards are only issued to students who sit for a portrait with Candid Color on a school picture day.

If you sat for a picture and never received a student ID, check with your English teacher.

If your teacher does not have it, please email the yearbook staff at midloybk@gmail.com.

iI don't have a picture in Synergy. What do I do?

Your picture in Synergy is based off the last school picture you had taken in CCPS. If you have never had a picture taken while attending a CCPS school, you will not have a picture in Synergy.

I had a picture taken but it's not the one I like. What can I do?

Unfortunately, the administrative portrait flow and student ID cards are only based off the first photo in your gallery. It does not necessarily reflect the photo that will be used in the yearbook.

How do I order sports pictures?

Beginning in 2021/2022, Candid Color switched to all online ordering because of COVID protocols. All athletes get a team and individual photo taken. To order a sports pictures, pleas go to www.candidcolor.net and click on "Sports Portraits." When prompted to enter a gallery code, type "MDHSM23." Once on the landing page, you will locate your team code and enter your email address.
